In the hut on the side of a village surrounded by a chain of the Altai Mountains there lives a family totally rejected by the rest of the community. The family lives in poverty and hardly makes the ends meet. Once an enormous tragedy took place there, and now everyone, both parents and their children, are paying for the sin of the past.
